Any feedback indicative of difficulties, including clinical problems, will be raised with the individual practitioner concerned, and will be reviewed with our Clinical Steering Group.

The latter group is made up of practitioner representatives, drawn from a range of disciplines and led by senior management. Their remit is to advise on professional standards across the clinic and to ensure adherence to current regulatory requirements.
