Fees and Payment Terms
You must pay in accordance with Our Fee structure for all assessment and treatment sessions that Healthcare On Demand practitioners fully and correctly provide to You. These fees and associated terms and conditions such as for cancellation are set out on the individual practitioner pages of this website.
We always welcome feedback from you and, whilst we always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your experience as our patient/client is a positive one, we nevertheless want to hear from you if you have any cause for dissatisfaction. If you have any complaint about our services, our practitioners or any other complaint about us, please raise the matter with the management team at Healthcare On Demand via email at info@HealthcareOnDemand.org.uk or by phone on 01483 338850.
We look carefully into the circumstances around any negative experiences and always strive to work to high standards. Any feedback indicative of difficulties, including clinical problems, will be raised with the individual practitioner concerned, and will be reviewed with our Clinical Steering Group.
The latter group is made up of practitioner representatives, drawn from a range of disciplines and led by senior management. Their remit is to advise on professional standards across the clinic and to ensure adherence to current regulatory requirements.
