Following the award of the Business of the Year Award, sponsored by the University, in 2015, the Surrey Business School is continuing to provide much valued input to the fast growing Healthcare on Demand clinic.
Jacklynn Stott, MBA candidate will spend the next months working on the business modelling, alongside the clinic Founder, Jane Nathan.
Jacklynn brings to the project a strong interest in social enterprise, the voluntary and charity sector and experience in setting where mental health problems are a key feature of service challenges.
She will be applying business tools such as the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas to give an overview of the current role, functions and features of the clinical services. A series of research activities will follow, including individual interviews with practitioners, service users and others to establish the optimum model in the next phase of the clinic’s growth. The Healthcare on Demand team are very appreciative of the expertise of the university’s business school including the input of the project supervisors, Dr. Christine Rivers and William Lanham-New.
